Your health and safety are of the utmost importance to me. To that end, we will be complying with the guidelines issued by the California Department of Health and the California Association of Realtors (CAR).
There are no open houses, but appointments can be scheduled. At the showing, I will provide face masks, hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes or spray such as Lysol or Clorox wipes.

NOTE: Prior to entering the property, ALL VISITORS are required to receive CAR form Best Practices & Prevention Plan (BPPP) and Posted Rules of Entry (PRE). All visitors must also sign Property Entry Advisory & Declaration - Visitor (PEAD-V), which must be sent via email to the listing agent PRIOR to arriving at the property. Forms available below.
