We decided to sell our condo after we saw that Luisa had successfully represented the seller of a similar unit in our complex. But we got so much MORE! We got an MBA / Attorney / Real Estate agent all in one - with incredible experience and attention to detail. She helped us clean, de-clutter and stage our home, including providing some of her own furnishings and decorations. She hired a professional photographer to take amazing photos that gave our home incredible appeal. Then she spent a few weeks meeting with off-market buyers and holding agent caravans to prime the pump. Then, when she finally listed it, we had our full price offer in 3 days! All of this under the pressure of our move date and our contingent offer on a new home. And if that wasn't enough, she even accelerated the escrow close at the last minute to give us an extra day to have flooring installed in our new home before we closed on it. We really lucked out by finding Luisa. My wife, daughter, and I happened to randomly walk into an open house to look around. We were still a little far away from being ready to purchase a home. We met Luisa very briefly and explained our situation. A few days later Luisa contacted us, letting us know about properties that she thought we'd be interested in. Although we weren't quite ready to buy a home at that point, Luisa stayed in contact with us, a quality that stood out because many realtors out there would have probably thought we were a waste of time. Months later when we were ready to buy a home, Luisa did an amazing job at explaining how the entire process would play out. This was very helpful to us, as Luisa shared her experience and knowledge, we took notes. Luisa's responsiveness is always quick. She was always available during the entire process and even if you don't reach her after one phone call, you can expect for her to call you back within minutes. If for some reason she can't call you right back, she will send you a text as a way to communicate with you. Her negotiation skills are unmatched compared to other real estate agents we've heard of or have experienced. The selling party in our case weren't the easiest of folks to deal with, and what we admired about Luisa is that behind the scenes, she fights for her clients so that they can get closer to reaching their ultimate goal which is to close on their precious home. Luisa has a skill that's unique, she'll go to battle for you but doesn't want you to know how severe situations are, all because she doesn't want you to worry. As you all know, the buying process can be nerve racking, however Luisa'a positivity rubs off onto you. During our buying phase, Luisa had to leave the country, and it almost felt as if we heard more from her while she was gone than when she was here local. Service and care like this says a lot about a person and my wife and I felt at ease. If you are looking for a house and don't care too much about who helps you to find it, go with any real estate agent, as there are many out there to choose from.
